Shish Industries Limited will seek shareholder and creditor approval on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for a scheme of amalgamation and merger with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Shish Polylam Private Limited and Shish Global Solutions Private Limited, under sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
